Pros

It's easy to use, customer service is fabulous, I really like that we can make changes/revisions to our application, does not require IT help

Cons

I know formatting has been an issue, but can't think of an example. I know some html coding so have been able to do some formatting but it's hit and miss. Maybe helpful tips on how to format with bullets, bold, italics, underlining, etc.
