Very positive, and has allowed us to streamline our application process!
Pros
Setting up and editing programs are fairly easy. And seems to be easy for our applicants as well.
Cons
When I customize my Applications view, it doesn't "stick" - I have to re-customize it every single time I go back to it. Also, I don't find the export/print functionality to be user-friendly.
