Pros
Standardization of info Scalability keeping all my data on one place rather than multiple spreadsheets
Cons
support is tough. I cannot articulate my problems. Sometimes things are resolved by refreshing or zoom. That might have been a common issue that took me a long time to resolve. Phone call would have been quicker.
