Would like to see more predefined fields and built in text formatting options. Currently one has to add html code (provided by the vendor) to bold or otherwise change how text is formatted. Finally, I could see us getting to a point where the app rules/logic don't meet our needs.

A little difficult to design the apps until you get the hang of it. On the whole, though I'm really happy with it.

Lots of glitches that we've come across. Things such as not totaling up scores. The biggest issue is students not being able to submit. And the other huge issue I've come across is I'll have an applicant contact me saying they completed the application, submitted it but it never showed up as submitted. So these applicants were overlooked for our scholarships.

We sometimes have issues creating reviewers sometimes - they don't receive the setup email. We also have an issue with the system being slow when we have 1000+ applications.

I would like to be able to speak with a live person at times. The customer service via email has been very responsive, but at times I find communication can get a bit muddled.

Sometimes it's a little harder to get something done than we might wish. We'd love to be able to do more customization of look and feel.
