I do not have any cons yet and will hold off on judging until we have completed an application cycle.

It can be a bit of a learning curve.... BUT when you get it....its quick and easy.

A few functions we would like to have are not present: changing "apply" button to "nominate" for nominations and seeing the nominee name as opposed to the nominator name.

Making changes to an application form or creating a new application can be pretty difficult. I would love to see an "auto-save" feature for editing or creating forms.

Cons

The export reports are very difficult to use, including a lot of unnecessary columns and information. Time must be spent deleting or hiding information that is redundant or not needed. A better reporting system would be great.
