Smarter Select is straightforward and user friendly for applicants and reviewers.

Pros

It's easy to create new applications and I rarely have issues. When I do, the customer service representatives always get back to me within a day.

Cons

Sometimes it's not the most intuitive when I'm creating or editing an application, but the user knowledge database helps to solve most of my issues.
